Question:
Am surveying the Net for information on techniques to relieve or cure chronic back
pain. Please E Mail me specific exercise and yoga routines, hypnosis or
meditation scripts, and anything via nutrition or medicines that have
assisted in relieving chronic back pain. Am interested in what has
actually worked.
Answer:
Chronic low back pain primarily stems from the deterioration of the
muscles of the lumbar area (if the low back is the subject of this
question - I am just assuming it is).
All other structures begin to
collapse upon themselves as the supportive musculature
fades.(Osteoperosis) Without getting into a long discussion, strengthen
the muscles of the back especially the lumbar area (and the rest of your
body for that matter) and your pain will significantly decrease without
the need for drugs, invasive procedures etc. A MedX lumbar spine and other
MedX products have been shown in many medical studies to significantly
reduce back pain. As the strength of the muscles improve, pain reduces
almost on a one-to-one basis.
In short, strength train and stay clear of all aerobic activities.Do not
be fooled by supposed experts. A Super Slow strength training protocol is
the wisest choice. And, by the way, not only will your back feel better,
but you will feel better all around.
Strong muscles are the window to every health benefit you can name and can
only be achieved through strength training. Twice to three times a week,
30 minutes at a time for all the muscles of the body, one set to fatigue.
Perform all your reps Super Slow - 10 seconds to lift the resistance, 5
seconds to lower. Keep accurate records of everything you do. Once you can
perform 8 or more reps in perfect form, increase the resistance by 5%
only!
