Front Neck Pain
Question:
For several weeks I have been suffering from pain and pressure within the thyroid gland, which my doctor now says is enlarged. The pain comes and goes and is felt many times up to my ears. My blood tests are normal and there are no antibodies or signs of infection. TSH is also ok and unchanged. Does anyone have an idea what the symptoms can mean? Can it still be an infection?

Answer:

I was having pain in the lower front of neck. Increased the Synthroid and the pain is no more. Went from 75 mcg to 125 mcg. No more pain but feeling a little nervous and hyper. From what I've read these symptoms should subside.
