Exercise Routines for Back Pain Relief
Question:

Please advise of effective massage techniques, composiiton of essential oils, effective exercise routines, effective yoga and tai chi routines, that have proved effective in back pain relief. Actual experiences or cites to studies or articles appreciated.

Answer:

I had excellent results with Williams' exercises, light crunches, and bridges. The combination has kept me out of the doctors' office for back problems since January. Ol'Doc Williams said you should never hyper extend your back lying prone, but the manouvre is named after him! Learn to do the stretch a chiro does on your lower back, with out the crack. Teach a partner. You lie on your back, draw up one leg so the foot is just by the opposite knee.

Hold your arms out like you're on a cross Have you partner draw the leg toward them twisting your lower back. they may need to hold your shoulder on the same side as the leg. This is only a stretch so listen to the person being stretched and don't be too vigorous, it actually doesn't take much. This has worked for me and others to keep back pain at bay.I haven't been to a chiro since I started doing this stretch.
